Shipping Info & Terms of Service

PROCESSING TIME

The typical processing time is 7-10 business days, but after a shop update or during the holidays and weekends please allow up to 10 days for your order to ship. We will send out a tracking number for your reference as soon as we ship your order.

SHIPPING ESTIMATION

I ship your order from North 24 Parganas, so depending on the distance, it may take at least 15 days for the closest country and can take a few weeks to reach your country.

DAMAGES AND LOST PACKAGES

Unfortunately, I have no control over how a package is handled after it is shipped, so I cannot offer full refunds for items damaged or lost in transit. If your tracking says delivered but your order hasn’t arrived, please contact your local hub directly and DM or email me as well. If your item is severely damaged due to shipping errors, please reach out to me at support@store.disgustd.in with pictures of the item so I can help you out.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

I do not accept cancellations once your order is placed and shipped. However, I accept edits to your order such as adding more items in your order.

REFUND POLICY

I cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items that were received in good condition. If there are any mistakes on my part (such as sending the incorrect item, or if an item is missing from your order), please email me at support@disgustd.com so I can work with you to solve the issue!!

ISSUE WITH ORDER

If an item is defective, or missing, or if you received the wrong item, please email me at support@store.disgustd.in within 7 days of receipt so that I can help you out.
